The river front district of Savannah, GA is only 30-min out Rt 46, Beaufort, SC 40-min North on Rt 170 and just another 60-minutes your in beautiful, historic Charleston, SC. Slightly longer car rides to Florida (Jacksonville 2.5 hours, Orlando 5 hours, St. Augustine 3 hours, and Tampa 6 hours), Columbia, SC 2.5 hours, Charlotte, NC 4.5 Hours and Atlanta, GA 5.5 hours.

There are numerous PGA events through-out the year that are just a short drive, including the $20 million purse of the Heritage Classic Championship held at Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island in mid April, The C.J. Cup held in mid-October at Congaree Golf Club, Ridgeland, SC, and the Koran Ferry Tour stop, Club Car Championship held at The Landings in Savannah, GA.
